launched an app in Canada, allowing users to more seamlessly engage with Club House content.

Opportunity:

ClubHouse.ca quickly turned into a powerhouse for product discoverability, and recipe inspiration, allowing users to find their favourite food and flavour content in one of the most important real estates in the 21st century: a consumer’s phone. This presented an opportunity to provide users with even more timely content and to further expand their love for the brand.

Approach:

Seamless UI and UX. Fields of content flowing through from ClubHouse.ca, and a variety of tools with the aim of making users’ lives easier by finding relevant content for their food and flavour needs, right in the moment. The Flavour Maker app introduces a free Meal Planner tool, and the ability for users to create a digital pantry to help them find Club House products in store.

Results (so far):

Downloads and returning users are on a steady rise since the launch of the app in both marketplaces, Apple’s AppStore, and Google’s Playstore. Engagement is through the roof, and positive reviews are coming through! Users are now able to find McCormick products in the aisle; in the moment, and find more information about those products to allow them to maximize usage in the kitchen, creating flavourful recipes for them and their loved ones.
