Joined McCormick with the goal of driving significant impact, and indeed, achieved remarkable results. I led the reinvention of Canada's digital positioning through data and insights, resulting in quadrupling organic traffic to Canada's core digital platform. Ventured into new territories on a North American level with emerging technologies, such as AI, metaverse, and gaming. I orchestrated a comprehensive transformation of McCormick's global digital operations which introduced north of $1M in efficiencies and savings in less than 1 year, and propelled the digital growth of our regional markets.

  • August 2022 - Present

    As the leader of global Digital Operations at McCormick, I orchestrate the development of outstanding online experiences for a global user base, seamlessly integrating data, insights, creative, and cutting-edge technology.

    My successful track record extended to expanding the North American digital practices and processes to serve international regions, introducing globally recognized branded experiences. This yielded exceptional results, more than doubling digital support output in a single quarter, and introducing over $1M in savings through effective processes and efficiencies.

    My strategic and analytical approach, also drove significant enhancements in engagement while quadrupling organic traffic to McCormick’s Canadian website.

    For these achievements, and many more, I was honored with the prestigious C.P. McCormick Gold Award, a rare distinction in McCormick's illustrious 130+ year history.

  • June 2017 - January 2019

    I had the privilege of overseeing the Influencer Marketing program throughout Canada, offering innovative and data-backed digital solutions to clients across diverse sectors. My responsibilities extended to developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies encompassing web builds, chatbots, social media, and paid media to ensure clients' success. On the operational front, I strategically managed client relationships and led teams, offering mentorship and support to ensure optimal performance. Moreover, I actively participated in business development initiatives, which led to a remarkable achievement: tripling the annual revenue of the Influencer Marketing business in less than a year.

  • July 2016 - July 2017

    I played a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategies, exploring new business opportunities, and providing valuable digital insights and analytics. These efforts resulted in a remarkable increase of over quadrupling the annual Digital business revenue.

    Additionally, I oversaw a wide range of responsibilities, including digital crisis management, social media strategy, daily content development and management, search optimization, paid media, influencer marketing, campaign development, web build management, team leadership, and fostering creative ideation.

    Expanding my role as an operational lead for most of Edelman’s Abu Dhabi and Saudi clients. Also focused on scaling the Digital and Creative businesses financially.

    Joined Edelman Abu Dhabi to support with the growth of both, the Digital and Creative businesses. My responsibilities covered the support of clients in communicating with their target audience groups using various digital channels, and through creative storytelling.

ADNOC

    Handled the communications and creative solutions in all divisions of the oil development sector within ADNOC. My tasks were inclusive of events management, annual budgeting, creative, intranet and web build, print and publication as well as managing and collaborating with outsourced agencies for various different projects.
